When you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, reason for contacting the campaign, message, and consent. You do not need to provide personal information to read the public pages of this website.
How we use the information
We use contact-form information to respond to your inquiry, coordinate volunteer interest, answer media or donation questions, and communicate with you about the purpose for which you contacted the campaign. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Website inquiries are delivered using Resend, an email delivery provider. The website host may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and server logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. These providers process information on the campaign's behalf.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies that are necessary for security and basic website operation. We do not currently use advertising-tracking cookies on this site. If analytics or advertising tools are added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.
Retention and safeguards
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the campaign purpose for which it was collected, to maintain necessary campaign records, or to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask what personal information the campaign holds about you, request a correction, or ask that information no longer needed be deleted. Some information may need to be retained where required by law.
